More family law cases remaining unsolved, report finds

Bled, 13 February - The Council of Europe, the European Commission and the Justice Ministry presented on Tuesday the first report of a project working to ensure the best interests of children in civil court proceedings. A key challenge are the delays in family proceedings due to a lack of court expert witnesses.
