Ljubljana, 15 February - The SBI TOP index of blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange lost 0.46% on Thursday to close at 1,374.87 points as Telekom Slovenije was the only issue that posted a gain. The chemical company Cinkarna Celje and pharma company Krka each contributed a quarter to the total volumes of just over EUR 1 million.
