Doctors remove stomach of wrong patient after mix-up

Ljubljana, 16 February - A mix-up in tissue samples had led to a wrong patient having his stomach removed at the Ljubljana Oncology Institute in November. Barsos Medical Centre, a private diagnostics provider, has reported the incident to the Health Ministry and requested oversight.
