Major liquid manure spill from cattle farm observed near Postojna
Postojna, 19 February - More than 1,000 cubic metres of liquid manure spilled into the environment from a liquid manure containment facility at a cattle farm near Postojna, south-west, on Sunday evening. The sources of drinking water for Postojna and Pivka areas are not at risk, while life in the nearby Korotan stream has been fully destroyed.
