Paper points to absurdities in legislation

Koper, 22 February - The regional newspaper Primorske Novice argues in a commentary on Thursday that Slovenian legislation is becoming ever more complicated and restrictive amid efforts to prevent abuse and thwart those looking for loopholes, but the illogical solutions created in the process hurt those with good intentions.
