Ljubljana, 25 February - The skies on Monday will be quite clear at first but it is expected to get cloudier over the day, starting in the west. A south-westerly wind will blow in the east. Morning lows will range from -3 to 2 degrees Celsius, up to 5 at the coast. Daily highs will be between 8 and 15 degrees, as low as 5 in the north-west.
