Delo say series CAP overhaul needed, short-termist policy means doom

Ljubljana, 27 February - Delo's front-page commentary calls on Tuesday for a comprehensive reform of the EU Common Agriculture Policy, saying more than just superficial fixes are necessary in the difficult balancing act between the interests of business and environmental issues.
