Delo says Ukraine needs state-of-the-art arms, not troops

Ljubljana, 29 February - The newspaper Delo says on Thursday that Ukraine needs loyal allies and supplies of state-of-the-art arms and not Western foot soldiers. French President Emmanuel Macron's recent statement did the opposite of what it might have aimed to achieve.
