Brussels to decide on Mercator's takeover of Engrotuš
Ljubljana, 29 February - Mercator will have to ask the European Commission to approve its takeover of Engrotuš, another Slovenian retailer, after the Slovenian regulator, the Competition Protection Agency (AVK), has rejected its concentration application, according to a report by business news portal Forbes Slovenija.
