Delo argues for Ljubljana kindergarten merger plan

Ljubljana, 1 March - The newspaper Delo lists arguments in favour of a plan to merge Ljubljana's kindergartens in Friday's commentary Optimisation of Processes Brings Better Care, saying that if carried out properly, it would significantly improve the quality of the service.
