Fides to bring constitutional challenge of new strike rules

Ljubljana, 4 March - The doctors' trade union Fides decided to ask the Constitutional Court to review the government's recent decree which expands the scope of services doctors are obliged to provide during a strike. Fides believes the decree is unlawful and unconstitutional as it interferes with the constitutional and statutory right to strike.
