Legal fiction provision on erased in line with constitution

Ljubljana, 8 March - The Constitutional Court has found no constitutional flaws with a provision which acknowledges a person erased from Slovenia's permanent register in 1992 five years of residence in Slovenia even if they did not reside there (legal fiction) only if he or she actively tried to return to Slovenia.
