Fmr officials critical of bill on ex-Yu minorities

Ljubljana, 13 March - Two former senior officials who have worked with minorities have criticised a bill currently in parliament that would grant ethnic communities from the former Yugoslavia special cultural rights. They argued at a debate on Wednesday it is inconsistent with existing principles of minority protection and might even be unconstitutional.
