Delo warns against excessive borrowing

Ljubljana, 14 March - Delo comments on Thursday on the announced additional issue of a ten-year eurobond, warning against excessive borrowing. What is disturbing is mainly the lack of any sign of the government doing anything to minimise borrowing, it says. This does not mean it should cut public finances drastically, but merely cut spending that brings no results.
