Koper, 15 March - Primorske Novice comments on the prime minister's efforts to improve the government's communication by saying that not even a new strategy can turn a failure into success. It is critical of the government for the country's poor economic indicators, many strikes and a lack of reforms, saying the coalition is only busy dealing with itself.
