Ruling party wants referendum on preferential vote, hemp

Ljubljana, 15 March - The ruling Freedom Movement party has filed proposals for consultative referendums on changes to election legislation that would introduce a preferential vote in the general election and on the cultivation, processing, trade and use of hemp for medical purposes.
