Handball
"Handballers break the ice: Paris will be Slovenian": The men's handball team secured their fourth Olympics appearance after defeating Brazil and Bahrain in the qualifying tournament. The handballers can now serve as an inspiration for the women's team as well as the basketball and the volleyball teams. (front page, 9)
Sexual abuse in the Church
"Rupnik as an example": At their third South American congress in Panama, Roman Catholic Church experts on the prevention of sexual abuse frequently invoked the case of Slovenian priest Marko Rupnik, which is seen as a textbook example of how mechanisms of abuse and cover-up work in the Catholic Church. Ski jumps
"Splendid invitation to Planica": Slovenian ski jumpers paved the way for a splendid World Cup finale in Planica. Ema Klinec, Domen Prevc and Timi Zajc all won podiums in Vikersund this weekend, whereas Nika Prevc has already clinched the overall World Cup. (front page, 9)

Public opinion on assisted dying
"Assisted dying divisive": The latest Vox Populi poll shows 47% are in favour of assisted dying and 43% are against, but surprisingly, 55% are against holding a referendum on this issue. (front page, 3)

Handball
