Paper against generous "bribes" for wind farms

Koper, 22 March - Primorske Novice takes issue on Friday with the government's plan to offer municipalities extensive "bribes" to allow wind farms in their territories, saying that while plans for wind farms have been upsetting people for more than 20 years, there are still no clear answers as to the country's wind potential or the impact on people.
