Primorske Novice: Decision makers not really aware of security risks

Koper, 26 March - There is no special reason for optimism when it comes to the Slovenia army, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Tuesday as it comments on the latest Slovenian Armed Forces preparedness report. It says that Slovenian decision-makers are not really aware that some consider war an acceptable tool of global power redistribution.
