Paper says migrant-friendly municipalities should be rewarded

Koper, 28 March - Unlike in Brežice and Središče ob Dravi, locals in Postojna have staged no protests against a new centre for under-aged migrants because this town is open and democratic and could serve as a role model internationally, Primorske Novice says on Thursday.
