Interior minister says situation in migration-hit area stable

Obrežje, 8 April - Interior Minister Boštjan Poklukar and Police Commissioner Senad Jušić visited the area covered by the Novo Mesto Police Department on Monday to be briefed on the security and migration situation, which Poklukar assessed as stable. Locals meanwhile continue to oppose the government's plan to set up an asylum centre in Obrežje.
