Court rules Grah Whatmough dismissal by RTV unlawful

Ljubljana, 8 April - The Ljubljana Labour Court has found Andrej Grah Whatmough's August 2023 dismissal as acting general director of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija to be unlawful. The way in which he was informed of the dismissal procedure did not allow him to defend himself before being dismissed, the court found.
