NGO sees Switzerland climate inaction ruling as win for all

Ljubljana, 9 April - Responding to the outcome of recent high-profile climate cases, a human rights and environmental NGO told the STA that such lawsuits were on the rise. It sees a landmark ruling where the European Court of Human Rights sided with a group of older Swiss women in finding Switzerland's climate efforts inadequate as a win for everybody.
