Žbogar says Russia violating intl humanitarian law every day in Ukraine

New York, 11 April - The attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine are a clear violation of international humanitarian law, which Russia is trampling on every day, and systematically destroying Ukraine's cultural heritage, Slovenian Ambassador to the UN Samuel Žbogar said during today's UN Security Council debate on the situation in Ukraine.
