Experiment suggests music accompaniment makes for superior wine

Koper, 13 April - Laboratory and tasting tests performed as part of a project called Tartini 330 - Sound Experience by Sara have reportedly shown that music or sound has a beneficial effect on the processing of grapes into wine. The findings were presented at the Vinakoper winery, where two barrels of Refosco were produced to the accompaniment of Tartini's music.
