Slovenia remains diligent implementer of ECHR judgments, reports shows

Strasbourg, 12 April - Slovenia remains among the top performers among Council of Europe (CoE) member states in terms of the proportion of executed European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgments. The CoE report for 2023 ranks it sixth, while it was fourth in 2022. Slovenia had six unimplemented judgments at the end of last year.
