Cannabis referendum backed by committee

Ljubljana, 15 April - The parliamentary Health Committee has endorsed the proposal by the largest ruling coalition party to hold a consultative referendum on the use of cannabis in Slovenia. The plenary will now decide on calling the popular vote.
