Demokracija says Kučan losing power, Janković gaining

Ljubljana, 18 April - The election of Matjaž Han as the new head of the Social Democrats' (SD) at Saturday's congress is just one indication that former President Milan Kučan is losing power, while Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković is increasingly starting to draw strings in national politics, the weekly Demokracija says in its commentary on Thursday.
