EU and Slovenia not ready for climate change, Delo writes

Ljubljana, 19 April - Europe is warming at twice the global average rate and average temperatures could rise by up to seven degrees by the end of the century, writes Delo in its commentary on Friday, noting that neither Europe nor Slovenia are ready for the new normal.
