Ljubljana, 19 April - The SBI TOP index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange gained 0.46% to close at 1,422.27 points on Friday, generating a turnover of EUR 2.3 million. The bank NLB accounted for nearly EUR 1.2 million in volumes.
