Speaker wants parliamentary inquiry requests be tested by top court
Ljubljana, 19 April - National Assembly President Urška Klakočar Zupančič has filed for parliamentary procedure a proposal to amend the Parliamentary Inquiry Act to stipulate that a request for an inquiry be first reviewed by the Constitutional Court if the parliamentary legal service has doubts regarding its constitutionality.
