New rules allow committees to skip discussion on EU matters

Ljubljana, 23 April - The National Assembly passed in a 71:1 vote on Tuesday changes to its Rules of Procedure to allow committees to not debate all EU matters. If a committee does not discuss a matter, it will be automatically considered that it agrees with it.
