Bill to cap short-term rentals to 30 days a year

Ljubljana, 13 May - The Economy Ministry has outlined a draft hospitality industry bill that regulates short-term rentals in a bid to address a shortage of housing in the country, limiting them to 30 days a year. The bill will be sent into public consultation tomorrow until 17 June and Minister Matjaž Han hopes it will be passed by the end of the year.
