Health Committee sending legal service's nod to pro-Cannabis referendum to top court

Ljubljana, 14 May - As the Constitutional Court is deliberating on an opposition motion against a pending consultative referendum on cannabis use, the parliament's legal service has issued an opinion that the decree on the referendum is in line with the constitution. The Parliamentary Health Committee voted on Tuesday in favour of sending the opinion to the top court.
