MPs urge stepping up efforts to build Mokrice hydropower plant

Ljubljana, 16 May - The parliamentary Infrastructure Committee called on the government on Wednesday to accelerate procedures for the construction of the Mokrice hydropower plant, a project that has been stalled due to environmental concerns. The Left was the only party to agree with NGOs and oppose any additional hydropower projects.
