ECHR throws out fishermen's lawsuits against Croatia

Strasbourg, 16 May - The European Court of Human Rights has decided that the applications brought by Slovenian fishermen against Croatia were inadmissible. Published on Thursday, the decision says that the court does not have the jurisdiction to rule on the validity of the border arbitration and also that the fishermen could have foreseen minor offences convictions.
