Intereuropa to delist from Ljubljana Stock Exchange

Koper, 16 May - The general assembly of Intereuropa, which is in majority ownership of Pošta Slovenije, has decided that the Koper-based logistics company will be delisted. Under the proposal endorsed on Thursday, small shareholders will get EUR 1.57 per share, which they believe is too low a price and intend to challenge the decision in court.
