Brussels, 21 May - The Artificial Intelligence Act, endorsed by EU ministers in charge of telecommunications on Tuesday, creates an excellent balance between the development of new technologies and human rights protection, Digital Transformation Minister Emilija Stojmenova Duh said, pointing to the lack of AI experts.
