Legal recourse provided for junior creditors wiped out in 2013
Ljubljana, 23 May - The National Assembly has passed a bill providing legal recourse for junior creditors wiped out in the 2013 bank bailout. 46 MPs voted for the bill at Thursday's emergency session and 20 were against.
