Govt asks parliament to recognise Palestine

Ljubljana, 30 May - The government endorsed on Thursday a motion for Slovenia to recognise a state of Palestine and referred it to the National Assembly for final approval, Prime Minister Robert Golob said after the government session. The National Assembly is expected to vote on the motion next week.
