Govt asks parliament to recognise Palestine

Ljubljana, 30 May - The government endorsed on Thursday a motion for Slovenia to recognise a state of Palestine and referred it to parliament for final approval, Prime Minister Robert Golob said after the government session. The National Assembly will vote on the motion on Tuesday. Its yes vote would conclude the recognition procedure in Slovenia.
