SDS files motion for referendum on recognising Palestine

Ljubljana, 3 June - The Democrats (SDS) have filed a motion for a consultative referendum on whether Slovenia should recognise Palestine after the government asked parliament to do so last week. The move by the opposition party is expected to delay the final vote on Palestine recognition, which was scheduled for Tuesday.
