SDS files motion for referendum on recognising Palestine

Ljubljana, 3 June - The Democrats (SDS) filed on Monday a motion for a consultative referendum on whether Slovenia should recognise Palestine after the government asked parliament to do so last week. The move by the largest opposition party will delay the final vote on Palestine recognition, which was initially scheduled for Tuesday.
