Top court annuls decree on Tito Road renaming
Ljubljana, 3 June - The Constitutional Court has annulled a decree under which the Radenci municipality renamed Tito Road into the Road of Slovenian Independence in June 2021. The mayor acted unlawfully by promulgating the decree before a deadline for a potential referendum request expired, the court found.
