President calls on Slovenians to turn out for EU vote

Ljubljana, 5 June - President Nataša Pirc Musar believes the campaign ahead of the European Parliament election on Sunday has put little emphasis on what the EU gives to its member states and about the importance of turning out. She hopes that Slovenians will make a break with what have traditionally been low turnout figures and "show that we care about Europe".
