Majority in favour of assisted dying

Ljubljana, 9 June - Around 54% of voters endorsed legislating the right to assisted dying for terminally ill patients in Sunday's consultative referendum, early results show. This is significantly below a projection from a Friday opinion poll of the decided votes which showed 64% would be in favour.
