Govt proposes securing full market rent to owners of denationalised flats

Ljubljana, 13 June - Honouring a Constitutional Court ruling against provisions limiting the market rights of owners of denationalised flats, the government proposed on Thursday a ten-year transitional period during which tenants of these flats would preserve the right to non-profit rent, while owners would be compensated by the state.
