Govt proposes EU rules-based changes to boost corporate transparency and social responsibility

Ljubljana, 26 June - The government adopted on Wednesday a proposal for changes to the Companies Act that transpose four European directives in what it said is an effort to ensure greater business transparency and increased corporate social responsibility.
