Delo says EU inconsequential in Balkans

Lendava, 27 June - The newspaper Delo comments on the failed attempt to relaunch dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia under the auspices of the EU, saying that yesterday's episode was yet another reminder of how inconsequential the EU is for the Balkans.
