Takeover bid announced for savings bank
Ljubljana, 11 July - Businessman Otmar Zorn and the companies Zorn Plus and GIC Gradnje have announced a takeover bid for Hranilnica Lon, a small savings bank. The takeover bid is to be published no later than 30 days and no sooner than 10 days after this announcement, according to today's Delo.
